Job Details

Here’s what to expect when you join us:

• Start with a 3-month probation period as a casual employee at the Award Wage (super & work cover included).

• When you and the business are ready, transition to full-time employment—enjoy all Fair Work paid leave benefits and a competitive base rate of $65,000 per year, plus the chance to earn up to $250 in weekly performance bonuses (conditions apply).

• For team members who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude, full-time opportunities are often available within 3 months—sometimes even sooner. If ongoing casual employment suits you better, that’s an option too. We’re committed to finding the best fit for both you and the business.

• A fully equipped company vehicle with fuel card is provided for work purposes.

• No experience? No problem! We provide full training for those new to window cleaning.

• Experienced window cleaners are welcome too—just bring a coachable attitude.
