Current Openings

  1. Window Cleaning Technician — Casual to Full-Time | Brisbane

We are looking for a window cleaner (or someone willing to learn from scratch) who wants to build a long-term career in the trade. You will start casual during your training period and transition to full-time once you've proven yourself in the role.

You will be responsible for your own company vehicle and daily run across Brisbane's residential and commercial properties. This is not a casual fill-in role — we are after someone who is committed to the long haul (minimum 2 years) and who genuinely cares about the quality of their work.

You'll need to:

  • Hold a current, unrestricted Australian driver's licence

  • Live within 35km of Coorparoo, Brisbane (non-negotiable — you take the van home).

  • Be physically fit and ready for a hands-on outdoor role.

  • Be reliable, professional, and detail-focused.

Experience in window cleaning or trades is preferred but not essential — we will train the right person.

2. Relief Window Cleaner — Casual | Brisbane

We are also looking for an experienced casual relief cleaner to cover our full-time team members when they are on leave. When you're covering a leave run, you will operate one of our company vehicles and manage that cleaner's daily schedule independently. When all permanent staff are on the field, you may assist as an offsider on larger jobs.

This role suits you if:

  • You have hands-on experience in window cleaning or a similar service trade.

  • You own your own vehicle (fuel allowance provided for offsider duties).

  • You are flexible, available on short notice, and comfortable stepping into an established run.

  • You want consistent casual income with genuine flexibility. 

Entry Level Base Pay: $33.85/hr.
