Job Details

Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:

Start with a 3-month probation period. During this time, you’ll be employed casually at the Award Wage. Super & work cover insurance included.
Once successful, transition to full-time employment encompassing all Fair Work paid leave benefits and a competitive base rate of $65,000 per year plus the opportunity to earn up to $250 in weekly performance bonuses (conditions apply).
A fully equipped company vehicle with fuel card is provided for work purposes.
No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training for those new to window cleaning.
Experienced window cleaners are also welcome but must be adaptable and coachable.
