About Us
Platinum Window Cleaning is now in its 9th year of operation. Michael has a total of 15 years experience in window cleaning and loves the work. He is skilled at both the trade and at running a functional business. You will be treated fairly in a competent, organised, winning team.
We are committed to providing a much needed professional service and raising the bar on the public perception of what a window cleaner is. This is a skilled job and you will be given thorough training, guidance and the space you need to develop at your own pace. We go to fascinating sites and deal with interesting clients daily. Each day is unique and exciting.
There is no other window cleaning business like ours. Most window cleaners are hired as sub contractors, the income fluctuates and they get no holidays. Here you are paid a full time wage with super, work cover and annual leave. Most window cleaning company's receive a lot of complaints, the horror story's are out there I can assure you. We have a lot of very happy customers and have set a high standard for ourselves.
This position begins as casual employment for the initial 2 months where you will be paid the award wage. Once this has been successfully completed you will be employed full time with a $60k per year salary responsible for looking after your own company van which you will drive to and from jobs.
Qualifications & Experience
No window cleaning experience is required, full training provided
Preferably you have worked in some kind of a trade position before
Must be physically fit & adopt a healthy lifestyle
Must be mature, functional & stable
Must have a great attitude
Must have a pleasant personality, be a good communicator & have good social skills
Must have a drivers licence with a clean record
Must have attention to detail and a willingness to do a great job
Must be able and willing to work efficiently
Tasks & Responsibilities
Window cleaning residential & commercial jobs
Solar panel cleaning
Customer service
Quoting jobs
Card payments handling
Driving to & from jobs
Looking after the company van at your place
Equipment maintenance
Early starts usually on site 7am sometimes earlier
Using ladders & poles to access higher windows where necessary
No abseiling required

Employment:
Casual initially (first 2 months) then Full Time
Service Area: Inner Brisbane suburbs, Bayside suburbs, Western suburbs, Logan,, Southside & Ipswich areas
Includes work cover & superannuation plus all the benefits of a full time position like paid annual leave
$60,000 annual wage + Superannuation
